- Crisp the chapati,crush & put it in the blender jar,blend into a fine powder by adding cardamom & fennel seeds.
- Heat ghee in a wok add chopped dry fruits n roast just to change the colour slightly then add chapati powder.
- Just saute,add grated khoya and jaggery powder combine well turn off the flame.
- Now prepare small laddoes with help of your hands.Sprinkle sugar powder and garnish with rose petals and kiwi and serve.
