- Soak basil seeds in a cup of water. Put milk in heavy bottomed pan and let it boil. When milk is reduced to half the amount, add sugar and after 2-3 minutes, switch off the gas. Cool the milk completely and mix rose syrup in it. Boil the falooda sev in water and cool it. Now pour soaked basil seeds in a glass, then put boiled falooda sev and pour chilled sweetened milk. Garnish with icecream and chopped dry fruits. Serve chilled.
