  • Rice
  • Water
  • Salt
  • Oil
  • Sesame seeds
  • Carom seeds
  • Cumin

Instructions

  • Take a bowl and add water let it boil then add rice,cumin,sesame seeds,carom seeds,salt and mix well. Cook till rice becomes mushy. Turn of the flame and let it cool down a bit. Then take a large plastic cover and take some amount of rice mixture in hand then make round ball and press it gently. And sun dry for 3-4 days. Let it reserve for 1 week then deep fry in oil.
