Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rice
  • 4 cup milk
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup Chopped dry fruits cashew almonds pistachi
  • 1 teaspoon cardamom powder
  • 1 spoon raisins & chiraungi

Instructions

  • Wash rice with water & soak in water for 20 minutes.
  • Heat a deep pan. Add milk & rice.Add 1 cup water.
  • Cook till rice soft.
  • Add sugar & cook sugar melts.
  • Add dry fruits & cardamom powder.
  • Serve hot & cool rice kheer.
