- Heat 1 tbsp ghee in a kadhai or pan add semolina and roast semolina for 1-2 minute or until the aroma comes out. Transfer it in a plate.keep aside. In the same kadhai add remaining ghee add peanuts and roast for few seconds.remove it and keep aside.
- Turn the flame low add cumin seeds,mustard seeds,Chana dal and urad dal.roast them for few seconds add chopped ginger,curry leaves and green Chilli.saute sometime then add chopped onion.
- Saute the onion on medium flame for 2 minutes. Add chopped carrot,capsicum,and green peas. Mix and cook for 2 minutes on medium to high flame. Add 3 cups of water and salt to taste.bring it a boil.
- When water started boiling turn the flame low and add roasted semolina little by little and keep stirring. Cook for a minute on low flame.
- When the mixture started thick cover and cook for 2 minutes on low flame. After that open the lid.add lemon juice and roasted peanuts.mix well. Garnish with some coriander leaves and serve.
