Ingredients

  • 1 kg raw mangoes
  • 200 gms pickle masala
  • 4 tsp salt to taste
  • 1 litre mustard seed oil

Instructions

  • First, cut the raw mangoes into pieces and take out the seeds and wash them with water.
  • Now put the mangoes in a mixing bowl and spread the pickle masala, salt, and mustard oil over it, and mix it well. Transfer it to a glass jar and leave it for 8-10 days and shake the jar daily.
  • After 8-10 days your spicy pickle is ready to eat. Serve with any time
