Ingredients

  • 1/2 chopped raw mango
  • Handful mint
  • Handful coriander
  • 2 green chillies
  • 1 tspn of cumin seeds
  • Salt as per the taste
  • 1 tspn sugar
  • 2 tspn lemon juice
  • 1 cup curd

Instructions

  • In a mixer jar add all the above ingredients and blend it
  • If u want to preserve the chutney for 3 to 4 days then add curd instead of water and of u want it just for single day use u can add 1/2 cup curd and 1/2 cup water
  • Your raw mango chutney is ready
