- Firstly peel the raw banana and cut them into the slices Then take a sauce pan and add 2 cups water and add the sliced banana,salt and boil them untill they turns soft
- Once done turn off the flame and transfer the banana into a mixing bowl
- Then add 2 tbsp of rice flour,red chilli powder, turmeric powder,Chaat masala,salt and marinate it and keep it for 5 Min
- In a pan add 2 tbsp of oil once the oil is heated add Mustard seeds,curry leave and then add the marinated banana slices
- Then roast them from both the sides untill they turn golden brown
