Ingredients

  • 2 raw banana large
  • 1 cup Besan
  • as per taste Sendha namak to taste
  • 1 TSP Red chilli powder
  • 1 Green chilli chopped
  • as required Coriander leaves -
  • 1 TSP Jeera masala
  • as required Oil for frying

Instructions

  • Peel the banana and cut into long pieces wash and keep aside.Dry it in towel Take mixing bowl add all ingredients and make a smooth batter
  • Heat oil.Dip banana in batter and coat it with batter properly. Put it in oil one by one and deep fry in slow flame till brown and crispy.
  • Enjoy hot with chutney.
