- Boil the milk stirring continuously, off the flame add vinegar lil by lil stirring slowly till chena appear.
- Sieve water from Chena & make paneer.
- Mash Chena with the help of palm. Add cornflour & make a smooth dough.
- Make balls. In a vessel add sugar, water & crdamom cook till sugar dissolve low the flame.
- Add balls cook fr 6 mnts on med high flame, than cover & cook again from 6 mnts in low flame.
- Dip 1 ball in a cup of normal water if balls dose't come up than is cooked off the flame cool down & serve
