  • 1/2 ltr Milk
  • 1 tbsp Vinegar, 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 2 & 1/2 cups Water
  • 2 Cardamom
  • 1/2 tsp Cornflour

Instructions

  • Boil the milk stirring continuously, off the flame add vinegar lil by lil stirring slowly till chena appear.
  • Sieve water from Chena & make paneer.
  • Mash Chena with the help of palm. Add cornflour & make a smooth dough.
  • Make balls. In a vessel add sugar, water & crdamom cook till sugar dissolve low the flame.
  • Add balls cook fr 6 mnts on med high flame, than cover & cook again from 6 mnts in low flame.
  • Dip 1 ball in a cup of normal water if balls dose't come up than is cooked off the flame cool down & serve
