  • Tamarind pulp
  • Turmeric powder
  • Urad dal
  • Fenugreek
  • Tomato
  • Red chilli powder
  • Cumin powder
  • Corinader powder
  • Garlic
  • Green chillies
  • Hing
  • Cumin
  • Salt
  • Red chilli
  • Pepper
  • Onion
  • Mustard
  • Water

Instructions

  • Put water on stove add all ingredients(water,tamarind pulp, turmeric,urad dal, Fenugreek, tomato,red chilli powder, cumin powder, Coriander powder,garlic,hing,salt, pepper,onion) bring it to boil.Make tadka with ground masala and top it on rasam. Boil it for 5-10 minutes and serve.
