Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • Pinch cardamom powder
  • Raisins
  • 1 cup rajgira flour / Amaranth flour
  • 2 cup warm water
  • 1/2 cup ghee

Instructions

  • In a pan, heat ghee and add rajgira flour and roast it until it changes its color and left an aroma.
  • Then add warm water and continuously stir it until water gets absorbed.
  • Further add sugar and when sugar is melted then add cardamom powder and raisins and mix it. Stir it till the ghee released from sides. Delicious rajgira flour halwa is ready to serve.
