- Take a bowl and add water,ragi flour,salt and mix well. Then cook it on medium flame for 15-20 minutes. Then add sesame and cook for another 5 minutes. Then turn of the flame and let it cool down a bit. Then take a plastic cover and place on surface. Then take a ladle full of ragi liquid and pour on cover and rub slightly. Make all with rest of the ragi liquid. Then sundry it for 3-4 days and store. Deep fry in hot oil and serve.
