  • Ragi flour
  • Buttermilk
  • Water
  • Salt
  • Green chillies
  • Cumin
  • Hing
  • Sesame seeds

Instructions

  • Take a bowl and add water,ragi flour,buttermilk,chopped green chilies,sesame seeds,hing,cumin and boil for 10-16 minutes. Turn off the flame and let it cool slightly. Take a plastic cover and pour some amount of ragi liquid on it and spread into a papad size. Let it dry for 3-4 days and store and deep fry.
