  • Ragi/pearl millet 2-3 spoon soaked
  • Jaggery powder 1 spoon
  • Elachi powder a pinch

Instructions

  • Soak the ragi 6-8 hrs blend along with water extract ragi milk repeat the process untill left with ragi husk as residual. Add jaggery elachi powder enough water to ragi milk serve chilled.
