- First take ragi flour in a mixing bowl.Add jaggery powder and cardamom Powder to it.
- Mix well with a spoon, if it's dry sprinkle little milk and Keep mixing with a laddle till it forms a smooth dough, it will be slightly sticky.
- Mix well and form a dough. Make lemon size balls.
- Heat a pan and roll the dough balls and give form like a poli. Put this poli on pan and roast with ghee on both the side till it changes it's colour. Take out such polis in plate and put some butter over it. Hot and crispy ragi sweet polis are ready to eat.
