- Take milk in a heavy bottomed vessel for boiling. Now take sides of bread slices & kaju katli / cashews in a grinder & make powder of it.
- Add this powder to boiling milk & cook it for 10 min. Dissolve saffron in 2 tbsp milk & add to it. Now add sugar & cardamom powder & cook again for more 5 minutes.
- When it becomes of thick consistency, switch off the gas. Let it cool. When it cools completely transfer it into a blender, add malai to it & blend it to make a fine paste. Add some chopped nuts to it.
- Now pour it into moulds & cover it with foil paper. Freeze it. After 2 hours insert icecream stick to it & freeze it overnight. Now demould it & sprinkle some chopped nuts on it. Enjoyyy it..
