- In a small pan boil quinoa on low flame while stirring. Cook till gets ready or water evaporates also add 2 tbsp of jaggery powder n mix.
- In another pan or Kadai, heat ghee adds walnuts n roast Them add raisins n roast Then add one tbsp jaggery powder & mix well off the flame.
- Now take one bowl of grease with ghee. Transfer half roasted walnut mixture to the bottom of the bowl.
- Transfer the boiled quinoa into the Kadai combine with a leftover mixture of walnuts.
- Then again transfer this quinoa to the bowl & set. Our quinoa walnut dessert is ready to serve.
- Turn this bowl into the serving plate garnish with chocolate syrup.
