Not a common maggi recipe but a very different style maggi recipe which you will love

Punjabi Tadka Maggi

  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1/2 tbsp cumin seeds
  • 1 dried red chilli
  • 1 chopped tomato
  • 1 chopped capsicum
  • 1 tbsp red chilli powder
  • 1/4 tbsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tbsp garam masala
  • as required Maggi taste maker
  • as required Maggi as required Coriander
  • As Per Required Some water


  • In a pan add oil once the oil is heater add cumin seeds and let it splutter. Then add the dried red chilli and sautee it for about 30 sec.
  • Then add chopped tomatoes Capaicum, red chilli powder, turmerice powder, garam masala,Maggi taste maker and give it a stir.
  • Then add water and the Maggi and cover it with a lid and cook it until the Maggi is cooked and the water is evaporated.
  • Once done garnish it with coriander and your Punjabi tadka Maggi is ready.
