- Heat oil in a pressure cooker add garlic, ginger paste.Add tomato diced pumpkin.
- Add water. Close the lid and pressure cook for 3-4 whistles.
- Now transfer the soup in a mixer jar and blend to smooth.
- Now puree is ready. Adjust water according to the desired consistency
- Boil in low flame.now add black salt, black pepper mix it well
- Transfer to bowl and serve hot. Garnish with black pepper,fresh cream. Soup is ready for serve.
