Ingredients

  • 1 cup samak rice
  • 1/2 Cabbage chopped
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh pudina leaves
  • 2 tbsp peanuts
  • 1/2 tsp chilli flakes or as per taste
  • 1 tbsp desi ghee
  • as per taste Salt

Instructions

  • Heat ghee in a wok add peanuts just roast,then add chopped cabbage.
  • Then add washed samak rice,salt, chilli flakes, chopped pudina and water.
  • Cook till water dissolved & rice cooked properly on low flame.Then switch off the flame.
  • Transfer the pudina flavoured samak rice to a serving dish garnish with pudina leaves n enjoy.
