Ingredients

  • Refined flour, salt, refined oil, potatoes
  • Garam masala, green chilli, coriander leaves

Instructions

  • Take 250 grams of refined flour, mix salt, n 2 tablespoon of refined oil in it. Mix it well n make a smooth dough with help of taking water. Now mashed two boiled potatoes n fried it in oil. Add salt, green chilli, n masala to it. Now mix coriander leaves to it. Then take small size of dough, roll it and filled with one spoon of potato masala. Fold it like shape of potli. Now deep fried it in hot refined oil until it becomes golden brown.

Notes/Tips

The dough should be not so soft otherwise it does not becomes crunchy
