  • Boiled potatoes 10 no.
  • Ginger chilli paste 1 tspn
  • Salt To taste
  • Coriander leaves 2 tspn
  • Garam masala 1 tspn
  • Lemon juice 1 tspn
  • Sugar 1/2 tspn
  • Oil As needed
  • Cornflour As required

Instructions

  • Boiled potatoes n mashed it.
  • Add salt n all ingredients n mixed well.
  • Add finely chopped coriander leaves n mix well n make lemon size ball..
  • Coating with cornflour on all balls n rest them for 10 minutes.
  • After that heat oil in deep kadai n fry all with medium flame..
  • Fry it till get golden brown colour.

Notes/Tips

Served with green coriander chutney n temarind chutney..
