Potato poha cutlet

Ingredients

  • 3 big potatoes boiled and mashed
  • 1/2 cup poha
  • 1/4 cup green peas boiled
  • 3 green chillies finely chopped
  • 1 tsp chat masala ,1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1/2 red chilli powder, 1/2 chilli flakes
  • 1/2 tsp pav bhaji masala
  • Handful Coriander leaves chopped
  • as per taste Salt
  • as required Oil for shallow fry the cutlet

Instructions

  • First take the poha in a strainer wash it very well for 3-4 times then keep aside for ten minutes.
  • Take a mixing bowl add boiled potatoes, green peas and poha.mix well. now add all the powder spices, coriander leaves, green chillies and salt. Mix all together.
  • Take medium size balls from the mixture make cutlet as Your desire's shape. prepare all cutlets. take a pan add 2-3 tbsp oil. shallow fry the cutlet from both sides until they turn golden and crisp. Serve the cutlet with tomato ketchup.
