  • Potato
  • Oil
  • Besan
  • Ajwain
  • Salt
  • Red chilli powder
  • Ginger garlic paste
  • Water

Instructions

  • Take a bowl and add besan,salt,ajwain,red chilli powder,ginger garlic paste and water. Make a batter. Then add the sliced potato and mix well. Heat oil then place the potato in it and fry until brown in colour. Serve hot.
