- add mashed potatoes to a bowl ; add chopped onions, ginger and coriander leaves as well ; mix well
- make small balls of the mixture
- dip the balls in flour slurry (2 tbsp flour + Water)
- Dip the balls in bread crumbs
- deep fry in oil
make sure the balls are tightly held together as they shouldn't break apart when being fried in the oil.
