Ingredients

  • Boiled potatoes
  • chopped onion, ginger and coriander leaves
  • bread crumbs
  • salt
  • red chilli powder
  • mango powder
  • coriander powder
  • all-purpose flour
  • oil for frying

Instructions

  • add mashed potatoes to a bowl ; add chopped onions, ginger and coriander leaves as well ; mix well
  • make small balls of the mixture
  • dip the balls in flour slurry (2 tbsp flour + Water)
  • Dip the balls in bread crumbs
  • deep fry in oil

Notes/Tips

make sure the balls are tightly held together as they shouldn't break apart when being fried in the oil.
