- Wash thoroughly Poha in a strainer. Keep aside. Take a fry pan, heat oil on a slow gas flame
- Take a bowl, add soaked poha. Add grated carrot, chopped onion, ginger chili paste, salt, sugar, amchur powder, hing, haldi, red chili powder, roasted jeera coriander powder, garam masala, chopped fresh green coriander, bread crumbs, and cornflour.
- Combine well. Knead a dough, if required, add 2 tsp water. Make a roll, cut in the same portion to make small pops.
- Make all pops in the same size. Fry in medium hot oil, till it turns crispy.
- Ready to serve.. Enjoy with tomato ketchup, chutney, of your choice
