- Assemble ingredients In moderately heated pan add oil, add mustard seeds + curry leaves and allow to sizzle, then add onion and sauté for few seconds. Add chopped veggies + ginger paste and stir fry for 4-5 minutes till veggies turn soft.
- Then add washed and drained flattened rice and mix very gently, add sugar + salt. Cover and cook for 3-4 minutes.
- Add lemon juice, mix well and switch off flame, keep in stand by mode for 1-2 minutes and POHA is ready to serve.
- Serve with ginger tea and enjoy
