- Firstly cut the babycorns round and in a pan add 2 cups water and add the babycorn, salt and boil it for 5 min. Once done drain them and add it into the mixing bowl
- Then add maida, corn flour, rice flour and mix it (make sure they are coated well)
- In a pan add oil and pre heat it once the oil is heated add the coated babycorn and fry then untill they turn golden brown once done drain them on a Tissue paper.
- In a pan add oil once the oil is heated add cumin seeds, capsicum and sautee it under high flame for about 2 min then add the fried babycorns, pepper powder, salt and give it a mix and it's ready.
