  • Almonds
  • Pista
  • Melon seeds
  • Ghee
  • Coconut
  • Poppy seeds
  • Wheat flour
  • Dry ginger powder
  • Fennel
  • Carom seeds
  • Cardamom
  • Gond
  • Sugar
  • Salt

Instructions

  • Take a pan and dry roast the lotus seeds, transfer it into a big bowl. In the same pan and roast the almonds, pistachios, melon seeds with little ghee, transfer it into the big bowl. Add little ghee to the same pan roast the gond, transfer it into the big bowl. In the same pan add dessicated coconut, poppy seeds and transfer it into the big bowl. In the same pan roast the wheat flour and transfer it into the big bowl. In the same pan roast the flame of fire petals and transfer it into the big bowl. Take the mixie jar and add roasted ingredients, dry ginger powder, fennel powder, carom seeds, cardamom and make the smooth powder. Now transfer it into a plate and add sugar powder, melted ghee, salt.
