  • Wheat flour
  • Onion
  • Salt
  • Green chillies
  • Spinach
  • Paneer
  • Water
  • Oil
  • Maida

Instructions

  • Take a bowl, add wheat flour, a pinch of salt, 1 teaspoon oil and mix nicely using water to make a stiff dough. Heat oil in a pan, add onion, green chilies, salt and saute it. Add chopped spinach and cook it then add grated paneer and saute it, later switch off the flame. Divide dough, roll it into athin sheet and spread paneer mixture on it. Slightly spread water at edges and roll and seal nicely, place it on a chopping board. Immediately cut into pieces and press it slightly. Take all purpose flour, little water, salt and mix nicely to make a thin slurry. Dip paneer pinwheel in the slurry and deep fry in hot oil until crispy and transfer to a paper towel. Serve hot.
