- Cut the paneer into small cubes. Make a batter with cornflour,salt, pepper, turmeric, garam masala powder & red chilli powder with water.
- Spead a handful of cornflakes on a plate.
- Heat adequate oil to fry. Dip each paneer cubes in the batter & then coat it with cornflakes & fry in batches.
- Serve with tomato sauce.Enjoy hot with tea/coffee.
