A delicious chaat recipe with left over paneer

  • 150 gm Paneer
  • as required Cornflour
  • as required Cornflakes
  • as per taste Salt & black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Red chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp Garam masala powder
  • as required Refined oil to fry


  • Cut the paneer into small cubes. Make a batter with cornflour,salt, pepper, turmeric, garam masala powder & red chilli powder with water.
  • Spead a handful of cornflakes on a plate.
  • Heat adequate oil to fry. Dip each paneer cubes in the batter & then coat it with cornflakes & fry in batches.
  • Serve with tomato sauce.Enjoy hot with tea/coffee.
