Paneer Kiwi Salad

Ingredients

  • 100 g paneer (grated / crumbled)
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cucumber
  • 2 kiwi
  • 1 cup red paneer grapes
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp pepper powder
  • 1 handful chopped coriander
  • As per taste Salt

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, add olive oil. lemon juice. Add salt, pepper, as per your taste. Add sesame seeds optional. Mix all together very well.
  • Add chopped onion, cucumber, grapes and kiwi. Toss well. Add grated / crumbled paneer. Gently mix. Adjust the salt and lemon before serving.
