Ingredients

  • 2 g agar agar
  • 2 cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup pandan leaves juice
  • 1 cup water

Instructions

  • Soak 2gms insufficient quantity of water for 10 minutes. To dissolve the strips add 2cup of water boil at stirring continuously. Once completely dissolved add sugar, pandan extract to taste.
  • Then add coconut milk to it and mix well. Then pour the mixture into a mould and set it at room temperature and then refrigerate for long shelf life.
