Ingredients

  • Gram flour(maida) - 2 cup
  • Bolied mashed potatoes -4
  • Chopped onion - 1 medium size
  • Chopped Capsicum - 1 small size
  • 1/2 cup Boiled green peas-
  • Chopped green chilli -2
  • Cumin seeds -1/2tsp
  • Mustard seeds -1/2tsp
  • Turmeric powder -1/2tbsp
  • Red chilli powder -1/2tbsp
  • Gram masala-1tbsp
  • Salt according to taste

Instructions

  • Mix the flour,salt and water until they thicken. Cover the mixture and leave the mixture for 10 to 15 min In another pan heat oil,then add cumin seeds, mustard seeds,and chopped green chilli
  • Once it crackle add chopped onion &fry it till golden brown Then add chopped Capsicum and stire it for few minutes Then add green peas and cook it for more few minutes,then add salt, turmeric powder, chilli powder and again mix it
  • Now add boiled mashed potatoes and mix all together and fry and cook for few minutes
  • Then add gram masala &cover and cook it for 5 min. Then off the flame mixture is ready
  • On another side take dosa pan and grease it with oil. Now spread flour batter all over like dosa.
  • Cook it on both sides and then stuff it with potato mixture in middle and cover it with both side. Cook it nicely from all side
  • Onces done then transfer it in another plate. Pan potato roll is ready to serve with green or red sauce

Have it with ketchup or chutney
