Ingredients

  • as required Blanch and puree 2 handful palak leave
  • 1 tsp each garlic paste, ginger paste, Dhania Jeer
  • as per taste Salt and chilli powder
  • 150 gms Atta
  • as required Oil for frying
  • as required Water

Instructions

  • Mix palak puree, dhania jeera powder, ginger garlic paste, atta, salt and chilli powder to taste. Make a dough. (Add water if necessary.)
  • Make small balls. Roll out into paratha and fry on tawa using oil as required.
