  • 259 grams palak leaves, wheat flour, salt
  • Ajwain seeds, refined oil

Instructions

  • Wash palak leaves properly and then make a smooth paste by the it in mixer
  • Take 250 grams of wheat flour in a bowl and then mix it with a table spoon of salt n ajwain seeds in it. Now add palak paste n make a smooth dough by mixing it properly.
  • Now take small size of dough and roll it on rolling pan to makes a shape of paratha.
