- Wash and remove the stalk of palak.
- Take the palak and green chilli ,make smooth puree it may require 1/4 cup of water.
- The other side keep ready rice flour, besan, cumin seeds, carom seed, sesame, salt, ghee and mix well.
- Add palak puree immediately to the flour which keeps the green colour and mix well, if required adding little water make smooth dough.
- Take dough into chakli maker and press to make small chakli of required size.
- Fry the chaklis 4 to 6 at a time on both sides , the flame should be medium. Frying on high flame burns the murukku.
