- Cut the vegetables as shown in the picture.
- Add oil in a pan and then add ginger garlic paste to it.one the paste is cooked add palak puree to it and cook the palak puree until the raw smell of palak is gone.
- Once the palak is cooked add all the vegetable and 1/4 cup of water.
- As and when the vegetables get soft add all the masala and salt to it andmix the masalas well with the vegetables.
- Once you are done with vegetables at the end add rice give a proper mix. The briyani is ready
- Then take another pan and add oil to it and fry some cashews.Serve your hot and tasty briyani with some casgews on it.
