- Cut open the top of the orange and scoop out the pulp using a spoon and freeze the orange shells.In a bowl take whipping cream and sugar and whip until obtaining soft peaks.
- Squeeze out the orange juice from the pulp scooped out of the orange.In a pan take orange juice, orange rind and some sugar and boil.Now add in cornflour and boil until shiny consistency and filter the mixture.Once the liquid has cooled down add it to the whipping cream and pour it into the orange shells and freeze overnight.Tasty orange kulfi is ready.
