Ingredients

  • 2 onion thinly sliced
  • 1 cup Besan
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 TSP Red chilli powder
  • 1 TSP Chat masala
  • Green chilli 1 chopped
  • Water for making batter
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  • Take a Bowl add onion salt red chilli powder chat masala besan and water and make a thick batter.
  • Heat oil.Drop batter using spoon and deep fry till crispy and brown in medium flame
  • Strain and keep it in plate sprinkle chat masala over it and serve hot with your favourite sauce and chutney
