- Take all the above-mentioned ingredients and mix everything well. Then keep adding water to get right consistency for your batter.
- Rest the batter for around 20 minutes.
- Now we will do tempering Take oil in a pan and then add all ingredients mentioned above for tempering. Mix it well.
- Then add this into your batter. Mix everything well. Let ir rest.
- Now grease the idli plate with oil and add the batter to the plate.
- Place the steamer on medium high flame with water and let it come to a boil.
- Plate the idli cooker in the steamer and let it cook for 10 minutes.
- Now after the idli is cooked let it cool for a minute and remove it from the plate with help of spoon. Now your Pat's idli is ready to be served. ENJOYY!!
