- Chop all the nuts and dry roast them on low flame to get that nutty flavour.
- Once they are done roast the sesame seeds on low flame. Once done mix them with the nuts.
- Chop the dried figs.
- In a thick bottom pan heat ghee on low flame and cook the figs in it.
- Slowly the figs will start becoming soft, smash them well with back of the spoon.
- Remove from flame and add nuts into the fig and mix everything very well. Add little rose essence again mix well and keep aside to cool a bit.
- Deseed the dates and cut them into half.
- Take a small grape sized nut and fig mix, fill it in half sliced date and repeat the same with all other halves.
- Garnish with edible silver leaf and store in an airtight container at room temperature.
