Nutritional Cabbage Rolls

Ingredients

  • 4 big cabbage leaves
  • Small piece of paneer
  • Small carrot, onion, cucumber, capsicum
  • 1 tbsp oil, 1 tsp chilli flakes
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • Salt to taste , cheese spread as required

Instructions

  • Take water in a tumbler with pinch of salt. As it starts boiling, put cabbage leaves in it and cook for 3-4 minutes on low flame. Keep aside.
  • . Take paneer in a bowl and mash it. Add chopped onion, carrot, cucumber and capsicum in it. Put salt, chilli flakes, oregano and cheese spread
  • Mix well and place 1 tbsp of this mixture inside cabbage leaves. Roll the leaves and pack the stuffing evenly.
  • Hot the greased grill pan and place rolls carefully. Cook for 2-3 minutes on low flame till it turn golden. Serve with chutney.

You can add flavoured cheese spread of your choice
