Nachos with salsa sauce

  • 250 gm Yellow corn flour
  • 200 ml Ghee
  • 2 gm Ajwain
  • to taste Salt
  • 200 gm Tomato
  • 10 gm Freshly chilli chopped
  • 5 gm Coriander leaves
  • 5 gm Garlic chopped
  • 10 ml Lemon juice
  • 5 gm Basil chopped
  • 5 gm Parsley leaves
  • 5 gm Black pepper
  • 20 gm Red onion chopped


  • In mixing bowl add maize flour,maida flour, carom seeds, salt and raw mango pulp. Mix well.
  • Add little little lukewarm water an bind into semi stiff dough. Apply oil all over it. Keep cover & aside for 30 minutes.
  • Knead dough. Take small lemon size ball, flattened it and using Puri press or using rolling pin make 3" diameter round thin puri. Make holes all over it as shown with fork. Similarly make puris with remaining dough. Dry rolled puris under fan for 30 minutes.
  • Heat oil for frying. Cut each puri into 4 pieces by cutting diagonally. Deep fry on medium low flame till crispy. Store in airtight container.
  • Serve Relish Crispy Raw Mango Nachos Chips with homemade nachos cheese dip.
