- Mysore Masala stuffing - In a kadai, Add oil, grated onion, capsicum, carrot, beetroot, cabbage, tomato and saute well. Add salt and mysore masala powder to it.
- Potato filling - In a kadai, add mustard seeds and curry leaves. Add boiled potatoes, chilli powder and saute well. Add this potato filling to Mysore Masala mixture.
- In a pan, add dosa batter. Then add mysore masala stuffing and grated cheese to it. Dosa willl be ready in 2 minutes. And yummy mysore masala cheese dosa is ready š
