- Add muskmelon pieces, sugar, water and mint leaves to a mixer jar and blend it to make juice. Strain it to make sure it doesn't have any small pieces.
- Now add the juice in a rectangle container which is a bit bigger in size so that the layer is not very thick. Now cover it and keep it in the freezer for 2 hours. After 2 hours, take it out and scrape it with a fork so that it resembles to ice crystals. Again put it back in the freezer until ready to be served.
- Garnish it with a spring of mint and serve.
