- Wash and soak the moong dal for an hour. Grind into a smooth paste. Heat ghee in kadhai. Add rava and besan till roasted. Now add smoothed moong dal paste and roast until done.
- Add 2 glasses water and saffron, allow to cook. When the water is completely evaporated add sugar. Mix well.
- Let it completely evaporate. When dry add cardamon powder and dry fruits.
