- Soak moong daal for 2 to 2.30 hours. Take daal in a pressure cooker. Add required water (1.5 inches more than daal leval) and cook it.
- Now transfer in mixing bowl and add wheat flour. Add salt, sessem seeds, black pepper powder, and chili flakes and combine well.
- If you find the mixture is loose add more wheat flour or it's hard to tie the dough add some water. Knead a medium soft dough. Apply oil and knead it.
- Take a small portion of the dough. Coat with dry flour and flatten out. Keep medium thick. Cut with a knife and give your favourite shape.
- Deep fry it in hot oil on low flame and after some time medium flame till become crispy. Sprinkle some chat masala and Serve it.
