- Firstly, in a cooker add toor dal, chana dal, moong dal, and masoor dal.
 - Add 3 cups water, salt turmeric, and mix well.
 - Cover and pressure cook for 5 whistles on medium flame or till dal get cooked well.
 - Now in a Kadai heat ghee and saute cumin.
 - Also, add 1 onion and saute till they turn golden brown.
 - Further add 2 green chilies, 1 tsp ginger garlic, and saute well.
 - Now add chili powder, turmeric, salt and mix well.
 - Add pressure cooked dal, making sure dal has cooked well.
 - Cover and simmer for 5 minutes or till dal absorb flavor.
 - Now add garam masala and coriander. mix well.
